How You can Help: Donate Now  Clothing and food donations can be dropped off at the pantry during donation hours

The pantry needs to raise ongoing operational funds.  Our estimated budget for the year is $110,000. We are asking for community participation in providing funds for the procurement of food and supplies in the year to come.  Consider that:

§         $50 will pay for food for up to 4 families of 3 for 1 week;

§         $100 will pay for food for up to 8 families of 3 for 1 week;

§         $250 will underwrite one Friday night dinner for up to 200 people;

§         $2100 will cover operations for 1 week;

§         $3,500 will cover the purchase of food for a full month of operation;

§         $9,000 will cover the cost of all operational expenses and the purchase of food for one month.

100% of all donations are used for operational expenses.    All donations are tax deductible.  Checks can be made out to The River Food Pantry and sent to 2201 Darwin Rd, Madison, WI 53704 .
